Air Conveyors, Airveyor, Belt Conveyor, Belt Over Roller Conveyors, Live Roller Conveyor, and Table Top Conveyors
Airveyor and Air Conveyor
Airveyors and Air Conveyors direct air at the plastic wear strips from which PET bottles are suspended by their neck ring, pushing them along a specially-engineered, stainless steel tunnel. Unlike many conventional conveyor methods where bottles stand on the belt and are at risk of falling over, on an Airveyor or Air Conveyor, the light weight empty bottles hang securely from the air conveyor tunnel, and the directed airstream ensures swift, unheeded movement. Movement of bottles in these air conveyor systems can reach 600 bpm.
Belt Conveyor
A Conveyor Belt (or Belt Conveyor) consists of two or more pulleys, with a continuous loop of material - the conveyor belt - that rotates about them. On a belt conveyor one or both of the pulleys are powered, moving the belt and the material on the belt forward. The powered pulley is called the drive pulley while the unpowered pulley is called the idler. There are two main industrial classes of belt conveyors to consider. In general material handling such as those moving boxes along inside a factory and bulk material handling such as those used to transport industrial and agricultural materials, such as grain, coal, ores, etc. generally in outdoor locations. Generally companies providing general material handling type belt conveyors do not provide the conveyors for bulk material handling.
Belt Over Roller Conveyor
The Belt Over Roller Conveyor is unique in that it uses a belt for transporting product but the belt rides along on a bed of rollers. This feature reduces friction on the belt that would be experienced when using another conveyor such as a slider bed while providing positive product grip. This reduction in friction allows this conveyor to handle heavier loads, be used in conjunction with sortation equipment such as pushers, and reduces wear and tear on the belt itself. The belt over roller comes standard with a center drive motor to allow reversibility, but a side-mount motor is available for low elevation applications.
The belt over roller conveyor can be used in several applications ranging from transportation, packaging, product inspection, and assembly. With the belt over roller design, incline applications can apply as well. It can be found in industries like retail, manufacturing, and book distribution.
Live Roller Conveyor
Live Roller Conveyor is a general transport conveyor with the capabilities of accumulating products with back-pressure. Live roller conveyors have quiet operation, versatile design, easy installation and maintenance make this conveyor a valuable component in operations requiring high performance with minimal downtime.
Table Top Conveyors
Table Top Conveyors can be designed to transport various sizes of cans, bottles, jars, cartons, plastic containers and cases. Table top conveyors can be built for strict clean room conditions or for use in a rugged shop floor environment.
Table top conveyors can be designed for a variety of applications including: transporting, merging, diverting or accumulating products. Table top conveyors can accommodate a wide range of processing requirements including product filling, weighing, labeling and production inspection.
