HOW IT WORKS

Used Rotary Secondary Bottle Orienters utilize hold down bells in a similar fashion as capping turrets but the hold down bells are in position everywhere in the cycle minus the discharge and infeed portions. The hold down bells are used to rotate the containers as it goes through the turret. Being able to rotate containers up to 270 degrees,Used Rotary Secondary Bottle Orienters have four protentional stations that a container can be at, including the right facing direction, 90 degrees off, 180 degrees off, or 270 degrees off. Throughout the cycle, either an array of eyes, a vision system with multiple cameras, or a pin drive system on base of bottle determine when the containers are in the correct rotary position, at which point the containers rotation stops, and is discharged.

COMMERCIAL APPLICATION

Used Rotary Secondary Bottle Orienters are extremely fast, flexible, and versatile machines capable of matching most production line speeds and are found before rinsers, labelers, fillers, and cappers. Containers that are used with the Rotary Bottle Orienter mostly come from the food/beverage industry, chemical industry, and the pharmaceutical industry and be virtually any size or shape desired. Container types include (but are not limited to) plastic bottles, plastic jars, detergent bottles, pill bottles, and oblong shaped containers.
