Stainless Steel Tanks
Insulated Tanks
Insulated tanks are needed to maintain specific temperature requirements of the product inside. They are constructed with two shells of material with the insulation encapsulated between. Supplied in all sizes and configurations these tanks are used in all industries around the world.
Jacketed Tanks
Jacketed tanks, much like the insulated tanks, have multiple skins of material. The function of the layers or skins is to create a cavity for process fluids to flow and contact the surface of the product cavity to increase, maintain or decrease temperature. These tanks come in many variations such as conventional, single wall, dimple and closed head depending on process requirements.
Single Shell Storage Tanks
The single shell storage tanks are built to specific customer design requirements to fit directly into a process line. They are just a containment vessel with no other function other than that. They are used for bulk ingredients for processing, such as food products, oil with cosmetics, concentrates for juice or just bulk quantities of any required liquids.
