HOW IT WORKS

The containers enter the Funnel-Type Unscrambler through an opening located in its upper cover, and from there they go to the pre-selection zone. In the interior of the machine is a rotation disk in whose periphery are the selecting pieces, which receive the bottles in only two positions: with the opening towards the front or towards the rear. The combined action of these parts together with the container support cause the containers to descend through the funnels or drop channels in only one position: "standing up". These funnels guide the containers to the end of the machine delivering them onto an exit conveyor of diverse types (according to need): a conveyor belt with vacuum, a conveyor with flexible paddles, specially designed for bottles with a petaloid or similar bottom. With Funnel-Type Bottle Unscramblers, the change from one container format to another is done at the front panel, without tools or adjustments, as it simply consists of changing the set of change parts currently in use for the new set of change parts for the bottles to be unscrambled next.

COMMERICAL APPLICATION

Funnel Type Bottle Unscramblers are automatic machines that are used within the bottling industry and in bottling lines. They are typically found in a production line before capping machines, filling machines, labeling machines, and rinsing machines. Funnel type Bottle Unscramblers are used commonly in the beverage, food, and pharmaceutical industries. The containers that can be used include plastic bottles, shampoo bottles, pill bottles, detergent bottles, plastic jars, and a variety of multi sized/shaped containers. Funnel Type Bottle Unscramblers are a moderate speed unscrambling machine that can reach production speeds up to 200 units/min depending on the machine model or modifications.

Why it is Used with Unscramblers?

Funnel Type Bottle Unscramblers may sometimes have a Bulk Feeder Elevator that is attached to it to allow the unscrambler bowl to be fed automatically instead of manually.

A flighted belt is used to take containers from a hopper to be fed into the Funnel Type Bottle Unscrambler from a desired height.

Elevator operation is started and stopped by a switch that will monitor the fill level of the container feeder hopper(bowl).
