HOW IT WORKS
Registered Film Tray Bundlers are a high-speed bundling machine used to bundle up product with a pre-determined cut. The material is stretched over the top of the products being bundled (ex. 6-pack of water), and is controlled by feed bars where the cuts are perfect and identical every time. All Registered Film Tray Bundlers bundle their products with a specific graphic in the same spot and perfectly identical cuts in the film. Products that get bundled then move to a bottom seal section where the film is closed around the product, from there the product moves to a heat tunnel where the film is then shrink wrapped and made tight.
Registered Film Tray Bundlers are a common machine in most bottling lines for their versatility they have. Registered Film Tray Bundlers have one roll of wrap for products and can also run in an unregistered form as well. Depending on modifications or the type of machine speeds can reach up to 120 bundles/min. Registered Film Tray Bundlers are mainly used in bottling production lines and the bottling industry and can bundle six-packs, twelve-packs, and full cases of PET bottles, glass bottles, and multiple cans.
