HOW IT WORKS
Unregistered Film Tray Bundlers are versatile machines that are used within the majority of bottling lines. Two rolls of film are used to cover products and do not have a specific point where the film will be cut. Product (ex. 6 packs) are brought in via an infeed conveyor where the two rolls of film are connected. The product then grabs the film and continues to move down the conveyor. From there a drive bar will cut the film and the product will then be covered. Finally the Unregistered Film Tray Bundler goes through a bottom seal section and ends up into a shrink heating tunnel where the film is shrink wrapped to the product.
Unregistered Film Tray Bundlers run smoothly in most production lines. The only minor setback is they cannot run Registered Film to bundle the products. A typical Unregistered Film Tray Bundler can run speeds from 60 bundles/min up to 120 bundles/min depending on the machine used or modifications done. Unregistered Film Tray Bundlers are mainly used in bottling production lines and the bottling industry and can bundle six-packs, twelve-packs, and full cases of PET bottles, glass bottles, and different variations of cans.
