HOW IT WORKS

These fillers operate just like a standard rotary filler as far as container handling goes. The bowl is fed by a positive displacement pump routing liquid through static open valves. These valves normally must dive into the container and elevate as the fill occurs. The fill volume is based strictly on time.

COMMERCIAL APPLICATION

These units are utilized in medium to high speed applications with products that are extremely viscose, such as peanut butter, mayonaise, etc.
