Industrial Kettles

Process Kettles are used in the manufacturing environment to mix, blend, cool, or heat (cook) ingredients needed for the product required. These units come in various forms from basic single shell design with a hemispherical bottom surface to a jacketed design for specific heating or cooling requirements. Agitation is attached to the kettle for blending or mixing. Scraper assemblies are often one type of agitation and their function is to remove materials from the kettle surface and introduce it back into the mix. Kettles range in size from very small volumes to 1000 + gallons.
