HOW IT WORKS

Used Rotary Auger Fillers are a much higher speed variation of auger filling technology. With Used Rotary Auger Fillers, a rotating turret with multiple funnels are aligned with containers below using bottle handling change parts. Each individual funnel is filled by an auger filling head while the turret stays in continuous motion. Used Rotary Auger Fillers are much faster than their counterparts with speed dictated by a number of pockets being filled by an auger head. Bottle handling change parts are very similar to other types of rotary machines.

COMMERCIAL APPLICATION

Used Rotary Auger Fillers operate at much higher speeds than their intermittent motion counterparts. These machines are designed to fill free flowing products at high speed while maintaining fill volume accuracy superior to that of a rotary pocket-type Fillers. These Fillers are suitable to run free flowing products only.
