HOW IT WORKS
Inline Inverting Bottle Rinsers operate intermittently as an indexing system is used to group bottles into their rinse position. Once in position, an array of grippers grabs each container individually. The grippers then rock backwards to place each bottle opening over its respective wet rinsing head. Once the rinsing cycle is complete, grippers rotate to place containers back on the conveyor. The containers are then discharged and the cycle repeats. During the rinsing cycle, containers that may be contaminated are individually injected with a jet of water, then remains inverted just long enough to drain. These types of rinsers require very little change over but are limited as to speed capability.
*Unlike diving head inline rinsers, wet rinse is utilized in conjunction with an inverted container.
Inline Inverting Bottle Rinsers are generally utilized in lower speed bottling systems where inline fillers, inline cappers, etc. compose the line. Inline Inverting Bottle Rinsers are a cost effective, reliable way to wet rinse various types of containers in the beverage/food and pharmaceutical industries, including (but not limited to) jars, cans, bottles (glass and plastic), and different shaped containers.
