HOW IT WORKS

Used Disc to Carousel Bottle Unscramblers utilize a feature known as the "Bowl" to being the process of organizing containers to move down the line. The bowl has rotating discs within it to help keep containers in their right position which is either neck leading or neck trailing. The rotating discs in the bowl are cut in a special way to allow this positioning to happen, so containers do not go into the line in the vertical position. Used Disc to Carousel Bottle Unscramblers act in the same way as the Disc to Carousel Bottle Unsrambler but uses a "carousel" (gripper belt) feature where the containers are put into the neck trailing position. The carousel is where the hook or loop is located that grabs onto the neck of the container to flip it into the neck trailing position.
