Learn More About Berks Plant Design and Maintenance, Inc.

Print and Apply Labelers work by printing labels using OEM print engines. Print and Apply Labeling equipment is split in to two different kinds of labeling systems. These two systems are the "direct print and apply" and "loose loop printing". The loose loop print and apply systems run fast because the printer runs continually without losing any application time. Direct print and apply on the other hand runs slower than the aforementioned system. This happens because it is based on the speed of the thermal transfer printer and the size of the label. Direct print and apply prints a label that is the same label applied to the product.

The applications for Print and Apply Labeling equipment are used for general label printing and applying. Our systems have the ability to print text, barcodes, and graphics. All of these applications can be used for multiple instances of printing and applying.
