HOW IT WORKS
Front and Back Labelers have a varying number of components that work together. Being put together with a spacer wheel, top hold down belt, two labeling heads, alignment system, powered roller, and a three-roll system. Top hold down belts are used to stabilized the product, so the label can be placed on accurately. A three-roll system is specifically used for labeling round products. The three-roll system can wrap two labels that are identical in size onto a round sized bottle. Adding in a three-roll system typically slows down production to an average 40 units/min.
COMMERCIAL APPLICATION
Front and Back Labelers are highly used for applying labels to bottles or containers. They can also be used to apply security labels. Front and Back Labelers generally will run at about 100 units/min (without the three-roll system). Highly recommended for companies who run thousands of units a day and wish to stay as efficient as possible.
