HOW IT WORKS

Used Bottle Lowerator Rinsers operate in the same manner as standard gripper rinsers but also serve the purpose of lowering containers from a high conveyor infeed to a low conveyor discharge. This is many times used at the discharge of a depalletizer to simultaneously rinse while dropping the conveyor line height to floor level for down stream equipment. Bottles are fed at an elevated level into a gripper assembly. The gripper assembly consists of guide material with a very specific profile and mating chain that has the ability to flex on both axes. Then disallows the chain with the attached grippers to follow complex tract profiles. Once the containers are gripped by the chain assembly they follow that profile while being gripped securely by rubber pads, that maintain their position with respect to the bottles. As the bottles are conveyed in an inverted position, containers are rinsed using ionized air, water, or other liquid rinsing mediums. Once the desired route is completed by the containers, the containers discharge onto a conveyor that is a suitable height for down stream production.

COMMERICAL APPLICATION

Used Bottle Lowerator Rinsers are designed for moderate to high speed operation for use in the beverage, food, and pharmaceutical industries. These units tend to conserve floor space as they perform two operations within the same footprint. Typical rinsing materials are used to rinse out the containers including air, ionized air, and water. Used Bottle Lowerator Rinsers are able to wash out glass and plastic containers including (but not limited to) bottles, jars, vials, and other different shaped containers.
