HOW IT WORKS
Used Low-Level Bulk Depalletizers are utilized in many bottling facilities. Bottles are fed from the bulk depalletizer single file, using a combiner normally to automatically accelerate and single file containers for use downstream. Containers are then transferred to matt top, table top, or airveyor. During operation, a full pallet is conveyed to the low-level bulk depalletizer’s elevator section, where the skid is elevated such that each top layer will match height of the transfer plate that will lower each layer to the downstream production height. Active rails are used to grab each layer of containers, and slide each layer onto transfer plate, which in turn lowers each layer and discharges the containers onto a pallet width mass flow conveyor which then feeds a combiner or single filer to singulate the bottles (as per above). Between layers there are slip-sheets inserted, which are removed automatically and placed in a magazine. Once each pallet is empty, it is placed into an empty pallet magazine.
