HOW IT WORKS
Used Resina NRS30 Single Chuck Cappers use gravity to move caps through a top cap chute into a chute end. Top cap chutes are easily adjustable for cap sizes. After a container is in place, a signal will tell the cap transfer button to strip the cap out of the end of the chute. Used Resina NRS30 Single Chuck Cappers are equipped with a mechanical or air-actuated chuck that cams up and down to pick the cap up. From there, the air-actuated mechanical chuck cams down, torqueing the cap onto the container. To prevent damage to the caps, Used Resina NRS30 Single Chuck Cappers use a clutch system.
COMMERCIAL APPLICATION
Used Resina NRS30 Cappers are automatic, chuck style capping systems that are heavy duty and self-contained. Benefit of the Used Resina NRS30 Single Chuck Capper is it is highly versatile and has a fast changeover. Used Resina NRS30 Cappers use mechanical clutches to protect caps with a range of 10-70mm. Why it is Used with Capping Machinery
Bulk Cap Elevator
Bulk Cap Elevators are used to automatically maintain the amount of caps in a cap sorter allowing for optimal sorter operation while eliminating the need for operators to load caps and maintain reasonable quantities of caps.
Usually, the operation of the elevator is integrated to the capper using a variety of cap level sensors.
Cap Blower
Cap Blowers use filtered air to blow caps to a cap sorter utilizing tubing that guides the caps to the cap sorter.
Cap Blowers can be advantageous because they can feed caps at a high rate, and can be placed further away from the sorter itself.
