HOW IT WORKS

Starting with a top cap chute, Resina S20 Single Chuck Cappers use gravity to move caps. These top cap chutes are easily adjustable for varying cap sizes. Signals will relay to the cap transfer button when the container is in place. This strips the cap out of the end of the chute. Used Resina S20 Single Chuck Cappers are equipped with a mechanical or air-actuated chuck that cams up and down to pick the cap up. The chuck then cams down to torque the cap onto the container. To prevent damage to the caps, Used Resina S20 Single Chuck Cappers use a clutch system.
