HOW IT WORKS

Used Inline Roll-Fed Labelers use Roll-fed labels that are supplied from a roll in the form of a continuous web, fed in precise registration with a printed graphic, cut in precise registration, transferred to a rotating vacuum drum. From here the label is applied using hot melt glue. Containers enter Used Inline Roll-Fed Labelers via an infeed conveyor, and are then metered and separated by a rotating feed screw and pocketed starwheel or by a rotating constant velocity starwheel. Precise label application in Used Inline Roll-Fed Labelers is achieved by rolling the container across the label-bearing surface of the vacuum drum.

Used Inline Roll-Fed Labelers are mostly used for applying polypropylene labels, polyethylene and polystyrene labels to Sports Drink Bottles, Lables to PET Water Bottles, 2L Soda Bottles and smaller Plastic Bottles as well as other cylindrical or rectangular shaped containers.

COMMERCIAL APPLICATION

Used Inline Roll-Fed Labelers are used in a wide variety of product segments and a wide variety of container material type and sizes. Products range from beverages and food to household and automotive products; including but not limited to bottled water or milk, instant formula, grated cheese, fish food, smokeless tobacco, bleach and more. All packages and products are labeled with a hot melt gluing system.
