HOW IT WORKS

Used Rotary Roll-Fed Labelers have the labels fed via a roll and tensioned web. Bottles enter Used Rotary Roll-Fed Labelers as the labels that are on a roll/web get cut to the precise size. From here, a rotating vacuum drum picks up the cut label and applies hot melt glue, in which the bottle than makes contact with the hot melt glue and is wrapped around the bottle. The label is smoothed out with brushes and becomes wrinkle free. Used Rotary Roll-Fed Labelers then discharge the wrinkle free labeled bottles to a takeaway conveyor and moved to the next packaging operation. Used Rotary Roll-Fed Labelers are an economical way to apply hot melt glue to a less expensive label stock.

Used Rotary Roll-Fed Labelers are mostly used for applying polypropylene labels, polyethylene and polystyrene labels to Sports Drink Bottles, Lables to PET Water Bottles, 2L Soda Bottles and smaller Plastic Bottles as well as other cylindrical or rectangular shaped containers.

COMMERCIAL APPLICATION

Used Rotary Roll-Fed Labelers are used in a wide variety of product segments and a wide variety of container material type and sizes. Products range from beverages and food to household and automotive products; including but not limited to bottled water or milk, instant formula, grated cheese, fish food, smokeless tobacco, bleach and more. Used Rotary Roll-Fed Labelers utilize faster production rates than their inline counterpart. All packages and products are labeled with a hot melt gluing system.

Used Rotary Roll-Fed Labelers are also an excellent way to label a Contour Shaped Bottle. By utilizing Thermal Retraction "heat shrinking" labels that were once applied with an in-line shrink sleeve labeler can now be labeled faster and for less money with Used Rotary Roll-Fed Labelers.
