HOW IT WORKS
Inline Bottle Rinsers operate intermittently as an indexing system is used to group bottles into their rinse position. Once in position, the bottle rinsing heads dive into the container, the bottle rinsing operation is performed, the heads elevate back to their original position. The containers are then discharged and the cycle repeats. During the rinsing cycle, containers that may be internally contaminated are injected with ionized air, then a vacuum is applied to remove any debris. These types of rinsers require very little change over but are limited as to speed capability.
*These systems can only employ ionized air rinsing configurations.
Inline Bottle Rinsers are generally utilized in lower speed bottling systems where inline fillers, inline cappers, etc. compose the line. Inline Rinsers are a cost effective, reliable way to clean various types of containers in the beverage/food and pharmaceutical industries, including (but not limited to) jars, cans, bottles (glass and plastic), and different shaped containers.
