HOW IT WORKS
Pad supported wrapping equipment types range from wrap only semi-automatic machines to automatic units that collate and feed predetermined quantities on to a pad and then wrap. Shrink film is applied completely around the pack of product leaving the ends open. The wrapped pack proceeds through a heat tunnel where the film is shrunk to a tight package ready for final packaging.
COMMERCIAL APPLICATION
Pad Supported Multipackers/Shrinkpackers are capable of wrapping extremely short stacks to large dimension packs, lightweight products and random sized bundles, and is ideal for e-commerce applications. Shrink wrapped bundles reduce movement and product damage during shipment, and provide protection against harmful environmental conditions. Pad Supported Multipacker/ShrinkPacker are capable of producing packed products up to 100 bundles/min.
