HOW IT WORKS
Unsupported bundling equipment apply a shrink film around a collection of products and bonds them together in a tight package eliminating movement and reducing other more expensive forms of packaging. These multipacks reduce material disposal, offer shelf-ready shipping capabilities and are easy to handle by consumers. The equipment used to perform this function many times will be able to do pad supported bundles along with tray bundling.
COMMERCIAL APPLICATIONS
Unsupported Multipackers/Shrinkpackers are useful machines that work well in virtually all bottling lines and are used to pack loose products. Products that can be packed are mostly from the beverage industry and include six-packs, twelve-packs, and full cases of PET, glass bottles, and all types of cans. Depending on the type of Unsupported Mltipacker/ShrinkPacker being used and modifications done production speeds can go from 105 bundles/min up to 400 bundles/min.
