HOW IT WORKS

Used Pouch Fillers / Sealers using a rotary layout, grip a stand-up pouch and fill it with product, then seals it. The process involves moving the bag in an intermittent rotary fashion to different stations positioned in a circular layout. Using 6 to 10 stations, different packaging tasks are completed throughout the process. Used Pouch Fillers / Sealers have the capability of using a single lane, two lanes, or four lanes. Before sealing is done to the pouch all of the air is pushed out. Then a hot seal bar will seal the pouch shut and discharge it onto a conveyor.

COMMERCIAL APPLICATION

Used Pouch Fillers / Sealers use stand-up pouches ( see also Horizontal Form, Filler, and Sealers) that are filled with powder or liquids. Types of pouches filled include but are not limited to pastas, chips, nuts, dried fruits, apple sauce, water, or MREs. Pouch Fillers / Sealers are an industry fast and efficient way of filling and sealing pouches.
